The 8th International Harp Contest in Italy “Suoni D’Arpa”, open to harpists of all nationalities, aims to actively support young harp talents, besides spreading the knowledge of the Italian repertoire, original or suitable for harp. Official languages are Italian and English. The Competition, created by the Italian Harp Association, will take place at the Fondazione Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale, in the medieval old town of Saluzzo, one of the most fascinating cities in the Regione Piemonte. The School is a reference point for international masterclass, new musical technologies, and hosts one of the most important European institute of musicological research. During the Contest, the International Harp Festival “Suoni D’Arpa” will present famous performers and young talents. It will be also possible to visit the enchanting Museo dell’Arpa Victor Salvi.
